Crucially it stated that, while the aim of limiting global warming (to 1.5\u00b0C above pre-industrial levels) is becoming more difficult by the day, it is not yet impossible.<br><br>In this context, this CPD Live session focuses on one specific piece of the climate puzzle \u2013 the Australian construction industry.<br><br>Identifying key strategies \u2013 such as the use of benchmarking to guide low embodied carbon design, the use of circular economy design principles to achieve deep embodied carbon mitigation, and more \u2013 our speakers explain why is it reasonable to believe our built environment could, itself, achieve net zero by 2040;
