Designed for a respected residential development company, the Everton Buildings office reflects a business in its stride. Having worked together previously, the relationship between client and designer was already well established, allowing Ambit Curator to approach the brief with confidence and clarity. The intention was not to replicate a familiar workplace<\/a> formula, but to translate Everton Buildings\u2019 evolving identity into a spatial language that communicates maturity, care and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The output, then, is a workplace defined by restraint rather than excess, where every decision is deliberate. The office<\/a> is designed as a composed sequence of spaces that support focus, collaboration and day-to-day functionality, while still offering moments of character. It\u2019s a modern workplace, but one that resists the tropes often associated with contemporary commercial interiors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Materiality is central to the narrative. A palette of soft neutrals establishes a calm base, allowing texture and form to carry the design. Timber, acoustic finishes and crafted joinery are layered throughout the space, reinforcing a sense of warmth and tactility. Acoustic screens introduce softness and practicality across the floorplate.
